During my undergraduate time at the University of Miami, I set out on completing a project that captured the aesthetics of my personal life. Living in Miami inspired me to overlap the nightlife vibe of the city with my love for the beach, oceans, and traveling. I decided to create a double exposure and layering series that created an overlap, signifying my different lifestyles combined. While working on this project, I also discovered a sense of irony and humor within my photos. I felt this irony realistically added to the personal feel I wanted in this series and brought it to completion.
